Fiberoptic Components begins effort to achieve 13485 GMP qualification

Sterling, MA: Fiberoptic Components, LLC is pleased to announce that it is seeking ISO 13485, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at its Sterling, MA USA facility. Peter A. Hunter, Chairman of Fiberoptic Components indicated that "Fiberoptic Components is committed to providing the highest quality products for its medical OEM customers throughout the world. Seeking ISO 13485 further supports our commitment to quality for our medical OEMs." The Company anticipates seeking ISO 13485 registration in early to mid 2007.
